Kimber would be far better advised to delete barrel fluting, and focus on accuracy areas
Barrel hood length and width fit to slide, bottom lug fit to slide stop, and muzzle area fit of barrel to slide Slide to frame fit is okay, but not great Chamber throat areas should be considered as well Most 9mm's benefit from a throating reamer.

I did have a different plate, mine with the suppressor height rear sights but was kimber For me it feels like the eps is the perfect match for the cds9.
