I just bought the disk version of cod cold war for the ps5 Crashing my ps5 so, i downloaded call of duty cold war on playstation plus, but it repeatedly keeps crashing my console Content that was downloaded zombies, multiplayer and dead ops arcade (plus english language file)

The campaign is locked in the menu Open up cold war go to campaign. When i want to install the file it tells me that the content cannot be found (which is correct)

How and where can i download the content?

Truei've waited half the day for the patch and multiplayer to download, but the campaign says not installed There is an option to install, when i select that i get a notification (in the game) saying installing content but then nothing happens Is there something else i need to do Any feedback appreciated because this is super frustrating
