Pnc bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into quicken After pnc bank updated there banking interface on october 26, 2025, one step updates to quicken stopped working. I can see new transactions on the pnc site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from pnc into quicken since friday.

Update 11/19/25 when deactivating and reactivating your account(s), please ensure you are using the pnc direct connect instance in quicken to reconnect. Hopefully this is a good sign and by tomorrow all 3 accounts will get updated. Pnc seems to be working weekends, but apparently the department at quicken that deals with this is only working monday thru friday and they are in a different time zone where per my pnc person doesn't start till around noon est.

Or log into your online account at pnc and manually download/import the transactions from there using the quicken (.qfx) file format

When those payments have posted at pnc the transactions will be imported into quicken. Anyone having issues again with downloading from pnc bank It says it connects and there's nothing to download but i know that is wrong. So if you see either of these fis in the pw vault with not required in the password stored column of pw vault then that is not an issue.

All pnc accounts are now connected with dc There were some duplicate transactions (not many for me) that needed to be manually deleted Accurate online balances are now shown below the registers. Our team has been doing internal testing on this pnc issue
