It’s always, and i mean always late I’ve had them deliver out of state, while “customer service” aka a robot tells me it’s been shipped to my home and confirms the address. If it hasn’t been handed off to ups yet, how could they accurately estimate 90% of these come down to the shipper printing the label/tracking and not physically shipping the box yet
