I contacted roblox support numerous times, and each time they seem completely unaware about the stripe integration, telling me to contact stripe The nice part is stripe support themselves told me to contact. The reason for that is because roblox simply receives too many tickets per day and the team was probably overwhelmed Recently my account was hacked There is a very large queue of people using support tickets maybe 100k at most bots do it faster tho cuz roblox support team is less than 30 people i think if they didnt respond back that probably means they are a human if they dont respond for more than 3 months, then its probably a bug i contacted roblox support to get my account (this one) they responded in less than 5 minutes and im not.
