Customer service in december, when i switched to att i was told my plan would be $150/month and my 5 phones would be free

I expected my bill to be around $200/month after taxes and fees

My first few bills were crazy because they said the “rebate” for the free phones hadn’t kicked in yet But, my bills have still been about $287/month, which is way more than $150/month. I've only accidentally picked up roaming charges on st john, never st However, to cover yourself, just go onto your att account and activate the foreign day pass option

Then at most you will only be charged $10 for a 24 hour period of roaming. Recently changed my plan, because i wanted to lower my monthly bill Att failed to tell me i would incur international roaming on my phone I was told that it would be credited, but now they will n.
