The vertical bar, |, is a glyph with various uses in mathematics, computing, and typography When scanning from the flatbed the sensor moves across the bed It has many names, often related to particular meanings

Hi, i bought a new laptop last week and today i am seeing a vertical line on the screen The same sensor is used for both the flatbed scan and the automatic document feeder (adf), the difference is where the sensor is located All the updates are in place but still the line is not going

Its urgent as this is a new laptop.

Hey all, as the title says, my pixel 8 has randomly had a pink vertical line show up on the screen, i got it in october and i haven't dropped it recently and no damage on screen A search only beings up results for the pixel 5 The line is intermittent, it will sometimes disappear I'm assuming i have to get a replacement?

I'm having the same problem as so many others that have posted I believe that chart type allows you to add a vertical line or horizontal line Click the cart and go to the tab for analysis The one beside the data input and formatting

It should be there somewhere

I think it's called a constant line (on the x or y axis). There is a vertical line down the middle of scanned and copied documents Is that a laptop or an external monitor If on a laptop, then carefully disassemble the screen and very carefully press the ribbon connector back into its socket

If that doesn't work, then taking the back of the laptop off and check the other end of the cable is still plugged in properly If the line is still there, after checking the connections. This is very annoying for. If i scan (or use the copy facility) a document in the document feeder, the resulting copy (whether paper or electronic) has a thin black vertical line from the top of the page to the bottom, about 2.5 inches from the left side of the page

This happens only for pages run through the document fe.

If the line only happens when scanning or copying with the automatic document feeder (adf) the issue will be caused by a spec on the thin glass to the left of the main bed
