I have had my novel and audio book released on pirate sites I also have about 17% of my patreon supporters dine & dash (providing paid per content) Unfortunately it is the cost of doing business and while extremely frustrating, i must consider the time involved to pursue them. This feels particularly icky and takes away any moral high ground that piracy has.

Been wondering the same myself I assume it’s either one of three reasons Vicious dmcas from content creator + lack of demand vicious dmcas from content creators and lack of multiple sites hosting patreon content or just that patreon users are unlikely to upload the content.
