Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password When i attempt to login now i go to yahoo mail login, enter my email address, click next and then im re directed to the bt email login page. Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps work fine
Been like it 3 days The solution was to log in via yahoo mail login instead of bt email login but each time i had to clear the cookies and cache, as i say this has worked fine until recently This board is the place to post your general bt email queries.

Can't login to email or my bt go to the mybt log on screen and use the forgotten your login details route. For the last week i can receive but not send email on my macbook The emails just sit in the outbox and then after a while ask for me to confirm account password I have checked the account settings and the password is set.
Stuck in a login loop i went through to tech support chat this evening and eventually solved the issue Downloading chrome (rather than using edge) allowed me to log into the webmail accounts (and i could log into webmail on chrome on my mobile). I can often speed things up by hitting refresh when the bt square logo is showing Pc with windows 10 us.
