It looks like the water flow meter is not working, which is why the system is not showing any water used, which in turn is probalby why the salt level isn't changing. The system is still performing its flush cycle in the evening I have this system at my house

It ran fine and never had any issues Now in the last year i have had several problems with it The latest is the motor/sensor #1 failure alarm (code 102) I have searched the internet and cannot find a thing about this
I believe i had the same exact issue 3 months ago and again 3 months prior to that Rainsoft now tells me that i can replace the resin for $1,080 or can have a new system for $2,850 by selling back the old one to them and buying a new one This is a lot of $$$$$ either way I have never had a water filtration or softener system before, so can really use some advice.

Is this alarm referring to a filter on my ultrefiner or is it for the ec4 system
If it's the ultrefiner, i see instructions on how to change those, but don't see anything regarding the ec4. My rainsoft system is running continuously and the water is draining down the drain line No source throughout the entire house is pulling water I am having to turn off the main water valve into the house to prevent the waste of water
