I couldn't give you a number however ime certain minority (parsis, muslims etc) communities have a greater number of light skinned and/or light eyed individuals compared to the average within that ethnic group

Racially half black half white for example someone is mixed' and their mom is black and dad is white, they are born mixed, if they get their moms skin theyre just mixed, if they get lighter skin like their dad theyre mixed and lightskin. Lightskin black people the younger generation doesn’t realize they have white ancestry it’s generations of biracial marrying other biracial but going by the one drop rule. I’m 18, from texas but with parents from the deep south and lightskin always meant a black or biracial person with a lighter skin tone.
