Do you know where i can get parts for a dillon cartridge counter

I am looking for the mounting bracket for a xl 650 I just switched my 650 from doing over 1,000 rounds of 9mm to my brand new.40 setup New dillon carbide dies, new quick change, etc If i apply a bunch of lube it doesn't seem to happen, but straight neck pistol cases and carbide dies shouldn't need lube.
