Truelolalytics.com is what you should use for builds imo It breaks it down by highest win rate and highest pick rate for builds Just keep in mind if a build has a high win rate but a very low pick rate, the number might not be super reliable but overall the site is the best imo op.gg for match histories and lolalytics for win rates on champs, match ups and builds.
