Over 30 years ago i did a little drag racing So my muffler is going on my 2010 tacoma trd.anyone try an after market one There was calculation we used for how much pipe was needed after the headers to get correct backpressure

After that the pipe does nothing but move exhaust away from passengerrs Currently considering doing a simple axle dump exhaust setup on my 2020 v6 tacoma — basically chopping the tailpipe after the muffler and fabricating. Not much point to this story except to confirm that all the magic happens within a few feet of the heads.

New product and yes they are in stock and ready to ship

Get rid of that unsightly tailpipe and resonator on your 2024 and up tacoma What is confusing is that the oem tacoma exhaust has a front pipe, a muffler with pipe, and a tail pipe (#1, #5, and #10 below) The 35241 part number replaces the tailpipe (#10) If the 35240 part number (the center/mid pipe) replaces the front pipe, then it is way overpriced (the standard pipe is about $180).

I will use the same muffler but dual exhausts instead of one and 2” piping instead of 2.5” Will it sound dramatically different the single exhaust with the the super 40 muffler vs same muffler with duals Thanks blue2010, dec 22, 2017 #7 After nearly 22 years my truck is finally in need of new muffler and tail pipe.am having difficulty finding oem for it so have to goto aftermarket.

It's a 2.5 from the cat to the muffler, then 3 from the muffler out

Nice deep mellow tone, and not raspy at all Mine's a bit quieter than normal though, as i'm turbo Here's a cold start on it though This site contains affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.

I have a 2005 black dcsb prerunner v6 4.0l Almost a year ago i swapped the stock muffler out with the spintech super pro street 9000 muffler for a much more aggressive sound I originally saw a video on youtube of the muffler on a f150 and loved it I hadn't seen anyone with this muffler on a tacoma and thought i would try it out.

The 40 series delta flow muffler cranks out an aggressive tone that’s slightly louder than pro series mufflers and features the same, low interior resonance
