These are most likely webhooks, probably sent through a roleplay bot (such as tupperbox) or something

Basically these bots allow you to create aliases which you can send messages under. One person has claimed that tupperbox has a feature that allows people to block individual proxies I've looked in multiple places (tupperbox's website, their support discord, a multitude of reddit and forum posts) and everything i've found suggests that this isn't possible.
