Dvla notifiable conditions are ridiculous Last time i checked if you have a heart bypass you can't drive for 4 weeks and then it's up to your gp to say yes or no If you have a heart transplant it's 4 weeks and then you can drive regardless
To me a transplant is more serious than a bypass.
