Only problem is, mystic light is not there anymore It is unfortunate, but there is no standard for rgb other than most stuff now is 5v argb leds I tried uninstalling msi center and sdk, restarting, deleting the msi folders, restarting again, and reinstalling like 5 times
I read that sometimes windows security can flag ml as a threat, but i didn’t find any indication of that. If you have one of these, then you can at least get the sp fans to sync up In fact, i am unable to detect them at all
However, i am able to control my fans from the switch on the front of the case, so i know that the fans' argb and the hub are working
I have the montech king 95 pro I have all of my fans argb plugged into the included argb hub Small update, i just figured out that my mystic light settings are applying, and that is why my fans are rainbow during startup It is only once i get signed in that the mystic light is failing and the fans go back to the blue color
I have made a small revelation Something software related is overriding mystic light. If you can only control lights via the case and not via software, the controller box should have button to connect to motherboard allowing software to see it via the usb connection Usually controller boxes are sata powered
Let me know what you find out
I have just been bought a msi board and a coolermaster aio with controller. When i go into mystic light it only detects my gpu and nothing else which is weird since my mobo and fans say they are compatible, can anyone help? I haven't been able to control or turn off rgb lights on the front panel of the case or on the rear case fan I tried doing it via
The argb fans are connected to the jrainbow port, with the power cords being connected to a systemfan port I did not use the accompanying controller for the argb, because i figured that is only needed when you connect the fans to the psu directly. When you do finally have the final version installed, the mystic light function won't show, and under the functions menu there is an open button which also does nothing The only time i get it to work seems to be immediately after install, or at some random time or scenario i couldn't determine.
Unfortunately, only asus motherboards have icue integration (to a limited degree)
This is partly why i changed my mobo to an asus one Some msi mobos do have a jcorsair header where you can plug a fan hub
