It is much better built and lighter than any peavey max Plus the rumble is far more reliable Peavey overstates it's wattage ratings and if you divide them in half you will have a more accurate figure vs the 100 clean continuous watts of the fender rumble 100 The eminence woofer in the rumble 100 is better sounding than the speaker in the peavey.
